It has a dresser (for the personal use of the owners), ceiling fan and air conditioning. It has a door with an exit to the outside area. - The outdoor bathroom is in the side hallway, next to the barbecue area. Good for when you're using the barbecue and pool and don't need to enter the house to use the bathroom. - The rear outdoor area has a medium-sized vinyl pool with a waterfall and a shallow area (wet bench type). The pool is approximately 1.20 m deep and the shallow area is approximately 60 cm. The area has a sink for preparing barbecue, charcoal barbecue, 2 tables and 8 plastic chairs that support up to 120 kg each. The entire outdoor area has powerful lighting. - Laundry with access to the kitchen has a tank, small tank and clothesline.
