Amenities: two pools (one heated), hot tub, fitness center, tennis courts, onsite bicycle rentals & free parking for 2 cars. Located in a gated community with security patrol. Free Beach Service including two chairs & one umbrella set up for you daily - no additional charge(Mar 15th – Oct 31st). Must be 25 years old to book due to community restrictions. The space “If you are lucky enough to be at the beach then you are lucky enough.” Two king bedrooms with a double bed room and a pull out memory foam couch. Two updated full baths with hall bathroom offering private access for second king bedroom. All bedrooms have TV’s with cable and smart tv feature options. Community amenities !! NEW !! BEACH RAMP WITH NO STAIRS. There are two community pools, one is gulf-front with the second one heated during the off season. The resort also has a hot tub, tennis courts, 1/2 basketball court, pickleball and charcoal grills located near the tennis courts. We are also golf cart friendly! Bicycles rentals available on site!! We are family friendly, no smoking, no parties in the unit and community.
