Central and cozy apartment!

A place with a central location, close to both the University and the hospital. Located in a quiet street without through traffic, the grocery store Spar is right next door. Basement apartment with private entrance, electric car charger, fireplace, new kitchen with dishwasher, and washing machine in the bathroom. 140 cm bed with room for two in the bedroom, and sliding door from the living room. Possibility of renting a baby bed/chair. Sofa bed if more sleeping places are needed – but best for two! Access to the gym by appointment, and the possibility to rent hiking equipment. The space Small but practical and cozy apartment with most of what you need for a shorter or longer stay. You can park right outside the door, large garden right outside, and a quiet area without noise. Other things to note The apartment is on the lower floor of the house we live in ourselves. You have to expect some floor noise from the floor above, but this is not the main floor, so it is usually not annoying. Mostly quiet after the children's bedtime. We have installed a smart TV, with NRK, but you can log in if you have a user on Netflix etc.
