Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. My apartment is small but comfortable. You will feel at home. It is clear and very clean and practical. It has everything you need available. It is very quiet because we are up the street, but if we go down the ramp, it is close to everything, supermarkets, buses directly to the center and others. The space Medium/small room, ideal for: - Short-term stays. - Solo or couple - 1 pet allowed. The bedroom has a TV with Netflix and YouTube. You need to log in with your own account. The TV can be a streamer and has an HDMI cable Guest access Guests have their own room with a key. They can use the kitchen and bathroom. During your stay I enjoy welcoming new visitors, I like meeting new people, but I have little time. I can also give a lot of privacy and peace. Upon arrival, my visitors will receive my number for all inquiries. Other things to note Airbnb is not a hotel, you are visiting my home, I will always leave it clean and comfortable for you and I hope you will also think about it and leave the common areas after use as you found it. The cleaning fee is small, it only serves to help me with cleaning after your departure, e.g. washing the linens and cleaning the room. Incidentally, I hope you leave it ready for the next use. My kitchen is very well equipped. If you want to cook, don't hesitate to open the cabinets and find the things you need, but be careful where they were so you can put them back where they belonged. You can use my food such as oil, sugar, rice, pasta, coffee, butter, spices, eggs ... but I ask you to put some money in the box (kitchen) so I can keep the stock. Please don't forget to leave the kitchen clean so that the next person can use it. I have a dishwasher and rinse things out with water before putting them in the dishwasher. You do not have to dispose of the waste, I will do that myself. It is very important that you leave your room by 10am at the latest, as the next guest can enter from 1pm and the room needs to be cleaned. Thank you * There are parking spaces on public roads, they belong to the blue zone that uses a clock that tells you your arrival time, you can park for 1.5 hours free of charge, from 7 pm to 8 am as well. I don't have private parking!
