This authentic house is located in the middle of a beautiful olive grove and overlooks the sea. A relaxing vacation stay for families, couples or groups of friends. The 50 m2 swimming pool is a welcome cooling off in the warmer months and offers hours of fun for young and old. Guests will receive a bottle of homemade olive oil upon arrival. We also sell bottles that you can take home with you. The space The villa has two floors, each with a kitchen, bathroom and a total of 7 bedrooms. The 50 m2 swimming pool offers cooling in the hot summer months. The garden is full of plants, flowers, 170 olive trees and a large fig tree. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a small terrace with sea views adjacent to the living room, and a large terrace with dining facilities and a lounge area adjacent to the kitchen. Bedroom 1 has a sea view, a double bed and spacious fitted wardrobes. In bedroom 2, there is a bunk bed, a dresser and a wardrobe. In the 3rd bedroom/children's playroom, there is a single bed and a desk. There are games for the kids. A travel crib for babies (0-2 years) can be arranged upon request. The ground floor has 4 bedrooms suitable for up to 7 people. The space features a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a front patio overlooking the pool. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with spacious built-in closets. Bedroom 2 has a desk, spacious built-in closets and a single bed. The room has a view over a large patio and the fig tree. Bedroom 3 has two single beds and a desk. Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed, closet space and a desk. The refrigerator and dishwasher were replaced in January 2024. All air conditioners were also renewed at the beginning of 2024. They can both cool and heat, so the villa can be occupied year-round. From 6 people, we charge a fee per additional guest. The swimming pool is unheated and can be used from May to November. The pool is fenced with a lockable fence, for the safety of young children. Other things to note This house is also our own vacation home. Therefore, please treat our furniture and materials with respect and keep them tidy. If anything unexpectedly breaks, please let us know. This property is not for groups of partying young people. Agia Galini is a cozy but quiet village. There are a number of bars, but no nightclubs.
