Welcome! Our little apartment is happy to welcome you to enjoy a few days in this paradise called Alagoas! We offer a simple, no-frills location. The building does not have a renovated facade, no pool and no elevator. It is a relatively old building with 3 floors and 6 apartments. However, our apartment was set up with great affection and care to welcome people from all over the world! You'll find a clean, fragrant place ready to make your experience perfect! The space The apartment is about 105 m², with 3 bedrooms (2 en-suites). It has air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the living room as well. It has a mounted kitchen, a service area with a tank and a semi-automatic washing machine. The building has 3 floors with 6 apartments, mostly residential. Guest access The guest will have access to 1 parking space and the apartment. The building does not have a leisure area!
