It is equipped and has: 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms Living room Dining Room Bar Laundry room Grill Parking Capacity to accommodate up to 12 people. This is a safe and quiet area, ideal for relaxing with the family. IMPORTANT: I have the house keys and I personally deliver them in the city of Maracaibo. The space The house has 4 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed 1 room with 2 bunk beds 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bunk bed 1 bedroom with 2 single beds It has 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining room and laundry room It has a garden area and a grill. Guest access Guests can use any space in the house, both inside and outside. Other things to note IMPORTANT: I have the house keys and I personally deliver them in the city of Maracaibo one day before the trip, and they must also be delivered in Maracaibo one day after your departure from the house. Guests are asked to keep the place tidy and clean at the time of departure. This way, the new people who come in will get it clean. The entire booking and payment process is done through the app. The house has 9 single wool blankets and some covers and sheets. However, I recommend that guests bring their own sheets and towels for personal use. The house has an electric water heater that must be connected upon arrival and disconnected upon departure. The kitchen operates with gas cylinder. This cylinder is located outside the house and must be opened upon arrival and closed upon departure. If the gas cylinder fails, a portable electric stove with 2 burners is available for use, as well as a microwave. The house does not currently have WiFi. At the time of your departure, remember to take out the garbage in a large black bag and place it in the green area that is near the exit gate of the residential complex. There is a person in charge of taking that garbage to where the garbage truck passes. Finally, remember to leave everything clean and tidy.
