"Wrzosowisko" is a picturesque, 9,500 sqm property, just 4 km from one of the most beautiful beaches in Poland. The area is away from the tourist hustle and bustle and is surrounded by forests, fields and beautifully blooming heath. If you are looking for peace, quiet and beautiful landscapes, you will feel comfortable here. The constant contact with nature allows you to switch off from everyday life and regenerate. Your four-legged friends are welcome. (Fighting dogs are excluded) The space 3-room bungalow (42 sqm, max 5 people) with large covered terrace. (40 sqm) Friendly and practically equipped house with 2 bedrooms. Room 1: double bed (140 x 200 cm) Room 2: Two single beds 1 living room with sofa bed and electric fireplace. 2 bathrooms (sink, toilet, shower) Fully equipped kitchen (hotplate with oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, pots and glasses) Dining table with a sitting area. Parking on the property. In the garden area: table with garden furniture, umbrella and grill. On the premises you will also find a basketball and volleyball court. In the evening you can sit outside in the garden in front of a stone fireplace and watch the wonderful sunsets or the starry sky... MISCELLANEOUS Non-smoking bungalow, electric heating, hot water through boiler Bed and pillow covers as well as sheets & towels are provided. Washing machine on site (for a fee: €5.00) Electricity is charged according to usage per kWh. (35 cents/kWh) Cleaning fee: one-time €90.00 Daily fee for a dog: €10.00 Toilet paper, things for your personal needs would have to be brought along. The property is completely fenced and has a parking space. Guest access You have the entire house as well as the whole large property all to yourself - every now and then a deer or a rabbit gets lost in the garden :-) Other things to note If you're looking for peace and quiet without distractions, we have good news: there is no Wi-Fi or other technology here. You only pick up your phone on the first day, then you get used to it and enjoy it!
