The tariff is for up to 4 guests and there is a surcharge of AUD 70 per person per night for any extra guests staying to a maximum of 6 guests. Note – there is an air conditioner condenser unit inside the sunroom. This property is in a strata complex, guests may not park in common driveway areas – there are 2 spots in the garage and plenty of on-street parking on Manning Street Pets are NOT permitted at this property. WiFi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with Asap but cannot be guaranteed.
