Gîte du Cirque – CHALONS-EN-CHAMPAGNE The space The 160 m2 cottage is located on the ground floor of the owners' home, includes a large living/dining room with a bar area equipped with a dartboard. Parking available inside the courtyard (closed by electric gate and secure). There is also a fully equipped kitchen as well as 2 double bedrooms (each with a 160 cm bed) and a third triple bedroom with a 180 cm bed and a pull-out bed. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed. The cottage also has two bathrooms with toilet and a sauna. WiFi and fiber internet, TV (Orange channels, and Chromecast). Outside, the cottage also has a pétanque court. The rental rate includes sheets (beds made on arrival), towels and charges (heating and electricity). The end-of-stay cleaning package is an extra charge of €80.
