Sandpipers is located in the cosy, picturesque harbour-side village of Burnham Overy Staithe. Situated just a few minutes walk to the beautiful waters edge at the Staithe and a 2 minute walk to the gastro pub ‘The Hero’, tennis courts, children’s playground with zip wire. Also only a 5 minute drive to Burnham Market. The space The house has plenty of room … For living: a kitchen / diner & two sitting rooms easily accommodate 6 people. There is also a downstairs wc with a decent shower and finally a good laundry room with washer dryer and hanging drying rack. Outdoors: a lovely big patio with a teak dining table & 6 chairs, along with two sun loungers and a charcoal bbq. To the side of the house there is a drying line, paddle board racks, and best of all a warm water outside tap for cleaning kit and people after a day in the creek. For sleeping: max 6 people with 2 bedrooms, both with views out to sea, a family bathroom and a downstairs toilet and shower room. Bedroom 1 has a superking bed which can be made into 2 single beds and a set of bunk beds. Bedroom 2 has a superking bed which can be made into 2 single beds. The property has good wi fi!
