Welcome to the "Chouette" Barn Our family home is full of life with our 2 children, it is located in a small hamlet close to a very pretty village with all amenities. We invite you to come and stay in a part of our home that is completely independent and partly renovated. additional information: - There is no cooking in the " Grange" part, just enough to eat (microwave, small fridge, coffee maker...) The space The house of about 80 m2 is composed of a large living room, a large master bedroom with a 160 bed and a mezzanine with 2 beds of 90. There is also a bathroom with toilet. There is no kitchen but you will find something for breakfast. The barn is very well equipped and you will also find toys for children. Access to the barn is via a private road and the entrance is also independent. The parking area is closest to the accommodation. Other things to note The house is very well located 35 minutes from the TGV train station and 40 minutes from the A6 motorway. You’ll find: - 10 minutes' walk or bike ride to the village with shops (bakery, deli, pharmacy, etc.) - 3 minutes from the house is the river for fishing or swimming enthusiasts and a 10-minute walk to the forest and its hiking trails. An ideal spot for nature and tranquility lovers. - 15 minutes drive to Cluny and its famous Abbey where you will find the medieval city with its unique architecture and history. You will also find many artisans and a very good restaurant. - 10 minutes' drive to the religious community of Taizé. And finally, nearby, various tourist sites: Beaune, Dijon, the Rock of Solutré, the caves of Azé, the city of Autun, the castle of Cormatin and its magnificent gardens and of course for wine lovers, our vineyard from Mâcon to Dijon. You will be comfortably settled to discover Southern Burgundy and enjoy the calm of nature.
