Church Street Shop Top

The Church Street Shop Top is located in the beating heart of Bellingen! No need for the car, walking distance to everything. A spacious 1 bedroom apartment in the gorgeous heritage conservation area; the apartment is one third of the old manager's residence for the Bank of Australasia (built 1923). The shop top features high ceilings, orignal timber floors and comfortable, quality & eclectic furnishings. Bello has amazing restaurants, music venues, festivals, scenery and great vibes - Enjoy! The space - The Church Street Shop Top has lots of natural light and indoor plants! - Comfy beds are made with natural fibre linens. All bed linen is either 100% cotton or linen. All sheets are 100 % cotton. - The kitchen is well equiped with everything you need to prepare meals at home. - Tea/ coffee/ fresh milk and kitchen basics (olive oil, spices, S&P) will be be available for your use. - Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and laundry detergent is provided. - There is wi-fi and a brand new 40" Smart TV with Netflix, Stan, ABC iView and Chromecast. - Brand new split system Air Con is now installed! Works a treat but please turn off before you leave. - The desk space has a new office chair, with a monitor and HDMI cable for you to connect to your laptop (byo keyboard and mouse for a good WFH set up). - A high chair and travel cot are available for you use, please let me know if you need the cot made up for your stay - use of the cot is an extra $25. - If you would like to book for a longer stay (>14 nights) please send me an enquiry for the dates you would like to stay, including who will be staying with you and the purpose of your long stay. I’m sure we can work something out. Guest access All of the apartment is available for your use and enjoyment. Other things to note Please note: - There is no on site parking. Church street has 2 hr parking. Free all day parking is located just across the street, behind/near the ambulance station and also on William Street. - The shop top is on the second floor accessed by a beautiful timber staircase. There are 3 internal steps to get to the bathroom. - Due to it’s central location you may hear street noise and/ or low level music from our fantastic venues in town. A new custom door and secondary window has been installed in the bedroom. - Please be respectful of my neighbours. No parties or loud music please and thank you :) - 65 Hyde street has ongoing building works starting in March, the works are located on the opposite side of the building to my apartment, away from the bedroom/ living area. You may hear some construction noise during the day. Registration Details PID-STRA-59106
