Maximum occupancy – 4 (unless otherwise approved) Cars permitted at anytime – 2 (unless otherwise approved) No smoking. POOL & SPA HEAT: We do not provide free spa heat, but If you'd like the pool or spa heated, there is a daily fee.. If you stay for 28+ days we will collect a deposit instead of a daily fee. To heat the spa, pool, or both, the fee is $85 per day. For stays of 28 nights or longer, instead of the daily fee, we typically require a $1,500 deposit, and the actual gas usage during your stay will be deducted from that amount. Any remaining balance will be returned after checkout. Pool heat is pre-heated 24 hours before* your arrival and it maintains heat from 7AM - 7PM, which would be perfectly warm through the night Pet fee is $175 per pet. *if you are staying for over 14 days this fee will increase. **By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city: 1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. 2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law. 3. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract). 4. All guests are required to print and sign names to City of Palm Springs confirmation that Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants (this will be emailed with the rental agreement). 8. Dogs are to be kept from barking. A consistently barking dog is considered a nuisance. 9. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 8pm and 8am. All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy. During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay.
