A stone's throw from the sea, perfect for impromptu weekends, simple, warm holidays full of memories to share. Large terrace for aperitifs at sunset, flower garden to chill, cozy spaces to meet with friends or family up to 6 people. Here, we slow down, we breathe, we enjoy. The space ✨🦋🌴An oasis of calm for unforgettable stays The villa is spacious and functional, and is the ideal retreat for a friendly vacation with family or friends. It's the perfect base for exploring the region's treasures, while offering you a real cocoon where you can meet and share wonderful moments every evening. 🛋️ A warm and open living space The large living room is designed for sharing: enjoy good meals, play wild board games or organize movie nights thanks to our large screen with HDMI connection. The living room opens onto a magnificent terrace, the true heart of the house. 🌸During the day, let yourself be lulled by the sound of the trees for a relaxing nap, while in the evening, it turns into an ideal place for an aperitif under the stars in a relaxed atmosphere. 🛏️ Sweet and quiet nights The villa has two bedrooms: • The Green Room: A cozy space with air conditioning, desk, wardrobe and mirror. You will have a private bathroom right next door, equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. Towels and a hairdryer are of course provided. • The Spacious Suite: Larger, this room is perfect for up to 4 people thanks to its double bed and a comfortable extra mattress. It is also air-conditioned and has a large dressing room, mirror and ensuite bathroom for privacy. 🍽️ A functional kitchen for your meals The kitchen is equipped with the essentials to prepare your favorite dishes: microwave, large refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker and gas stove (please note that there is no oven). 🌿 Enjoy the outdoors The garden and courtyard invite you to enjoy the great outdoors at any time of day. A perfect space for children or just relaxing in the sun. 🚗 Secure parking You can safely park your vehicle (SUV or 4x4 only) inside the property. Service: - taxi pick up in San Pedro - Motorbike rental - delivery of braised fish or lobster - small errands We are supplied by a well, showers must be efficient to ensure water for your entire group. Guest access You will have access to the whole house and garden there is currently no wifi, it works poorly on Grand Béréby but we get 4G wonderfully well. Other things to note I run a travel agency, so you are at the HQ of "Les P'tits tours", I organize: 1) Free motorcycle rental with helmets - the motorcycle can be delivered directly to the villa. 2) Motorcycle getaway to Ménéké (discovery of the village and a short break on a paradise beach managed by an association for the protection of sea turtles, then a last break and swim at our favorite eco-hotel). 3) Motorcycle getaway to the waterfalls, aperitif, swimming, picnic or meal options on site 4) Unusual candlelit dinner on the beach. 5) Swimming and aperitif at the Dodo waterfalls Services at the villa: - Possibility of bringing a masseuse to the home 20,000 Francs + 500 Francs for transport - have your laundry washed 3000 francs. - get groceries delivered
