CANTO SERENO CHALET. Located on a farm in the middle of the city and easy to access. Cozy chalet is the perfect getaway for those seeking peace and quiet. The space The cottage is complete with bedding, table and bath linens, in the bedrooms there is 1 blanket in case it is colder. The kitchen contains basic utensils to prepare your meal. Bathroom 2 rolls of toilet paper available to guests. During the cold season, I suggest you bring more warm clothing, as temperatures can drop below freezing. The accommodation offers 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed, and a sofa bed (double) in the living room. The outdoor environment contains an outdoor fireplace and barbecue, A quantity of firewood is available, if you need more we will be providing packages that will be charged separately. A river passes around the chalet, but we do not advise its use. Guest access Guests will have access to the internal and external structure of the chalet. Other things to note • Smoking is PROHIBITED inside the chalet; • No lighting candles; • The use of illicit drugs on the premises is strictly PROHIBITED; • Any damaged item will be charged ❌(our dishes are all sets, so if you break or damage them, it will be the set because we cannot buy individual pieces);❌ So take care of the environment as if it were your home; • Children are allowed, so we ask that you pay extreme attention to the stairs and dishes, but especially to the Sereno room, which has a balcony and does not yet have a guardrail. • The use of hookah is allowed in the OUTSIDE area of the chalet, but place something under the stove when heating the coals, (FORBIDDEN to heat on the kitchen stone). It is strictly FORBIDDEN to receive VISITORS, only the number of guests for which you made the rental is allowed. *** IMPORTANT *** If the weather forecast is showing rainfall of more than 60 mm, unfortunately the reservation will be canceled, as the chalet is on a farm with a stream around it and guests may be isolated, and for safety reasons the reservation is canceled.
