Other things to note To authorize entry into the condominium, we need the full name of all guests, ID number, license plates and model of vehicles because entry and exit controls are carried out. Several kittens live in the condominium, all of whom are spayed and tame, and are cared for by several residents. We feed them in the kennel we have set up in the back of the house. In the condominium, loud noise is not allowed during the day, and the quiet hours after 10 p.m. must be respected (subject to a fine in case of non-compliance). Parties or events that disturb the good relations with neighbors are not allowed (subject to a fine in case of non-compliance). We kindly ask you not to put clothes to dry on the outside of the house because we have two types of clotheslines available. We have a security camera at the entrance to the main gate. We are not responsible for valuables or objects left behind in the property. Hot/Cold Air-Conditioning CONSCIOUS CONSUMPTION Before turning on the air-conditioning in the rooms, please close the doors and windows with the glass, and when you are not in the room, please turn it off. Smoking allowed only in the outdoor areas. We ask guests to bring their own bath/pool towels because we consider them very personal, the rest of the trousseau has everything. When you leave, please leave the house as you found it and put the garbage in the outside trash can near the entrance gate, turn off the lights, and close the doors and windows. Do not leave dishes in the sink or food in the refrigerator. Visitors are not allowed, except those previously authorized. We ask for caution with children who, because it is a rural property, have a swimming pool, fireplace, floor fire, contact with small rural animals, insects, spiders, scorpions, among others, may occur. We have never had problems and we do everything we can to minimize accidents, and we are not responsible for damages, injuries and the like. We are not responsible for maintenance, repairs, improvements or other interventions carried out in the common areas of the condominium, which may occur from time to time and without prior notice, aiming at the preservation and proper functioning of the condominium; nor for unforeseeable and occasional interruptions, changes or impacts caused by external public services, such as water supply, electricity and internet outages.
