The space Our house is designed for your comfort, spread over three floors: First Floor: Living-dining room, equipped kitchen and 1 full bathroom. Second Floor: Master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and secondary bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 full bathroom. Third Floor: Private terrace and full bathroom. KITCHEN INCLUDES: Kitchen, hood, refrigerator, blender, set of dishes, set of cutlery, kitchen knife, set of ladles, set of glasses, set of cups, set of chops, set of cups, set of pots, pan and teapot, jug, lemon squeezer and orange squeezer, placemats. INCLUDES THE ROOMS: 1 set of sheets for each bed. BATHROOMS INCLUDE: 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We offer flexibility for groups of different sizes: - Up to 6 people: They are assigned a complete house according to the description above. - 7 people: An extra bed is added in the master bedroom. - 8 people: An extra sofa bed is provided for added comfort. For larger groups: - From 9 to 12 people: They are assigned two complete houses, each with the same layout described. - 13 people: An extra bed is added in one of the main rooms. - 14 people: An extra bed is included in each of the main rooms. PARKING: Each house is assigned a free parking space. This place is intended exclusively for the vehicle of the house. If you need to bring additional vehicles, you can. However, in case there is not enough space, priority will be given to the car of the house. For your peace of mind, we have a closed-circuit system that monitors the common areas. Also, if for any reason a guest leaves the vehicle outside overnight, our private security staff will take care of it. It's the perfect place to enjoy a meal or a pleasant conversation with the sound of the waves in the background. - Direct Beach Access: Just a few meters away, you'll find a direct descent to the beach so you can enjoy the sand and sea at any time. Additional Amenities: With your comfort and safety in mind, we also offer: - Free Parking: We have indoor and outdoor parking with direct access from the Panamericana Norte. It is on a first come first serve basis and has no additional cost. - Wi-Fi: Stay connected during your stay with Wi-Fi available throughout the premises. - Security: Your peace of mind is important to us, which is why we have a closed security circuit. If any object is missing and/or the facilities are misused, the person will have to assume the respective replacement and/or repair costs.
