Our studio stays in front of Lugano Lake at Castagnola: 20 smq with indipendent entrance at ground foor and bus stop just in front. The free access to the lake is just 5 minute walking in a nice public garden with sport facilities. The studio is made of a sitting area with sofa bed and TV and a dining area with fully equipped with table for four. The bathroom can be reached through a passageway where the closet is located. The futon-style bed is located on the mezzanine, accessible by a ladder. The space The studio is fully equipped and it is ideal for 2 persons. It is part of an indipendent house with separate and indipendent entrance door. IT IS NEAR A STREET WITH CAR TRAFFIC Guest access Guests will have complete access to the studio Other things to note PARKING: there is a public parking in front of the house, but from 8 am to 8 pm during the working days it is allowed to stay only 1 hour with park disk.
