The kitchen and bathroom will be used together with other guests. The apartment is on the 2nd floor without elevator. You can reach the bus stop in 2 minutes and can only be in Lucerne's old town with its sights in just 13 minutes. Guaranteed free parking is available right in front of the house! The space I also live in the apartment and we share the bathroom with each other. Not available: Kitchen for cooking, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, iron, sofa, chairs with armrests, TV, microwave, steam oven, coffee capsules for Nespresso machine (10 pcs can be purchased for 2 CHF at the vending machine) Please read the amenities carefully! Within a 2-minute walk you are at the bus stop "Unter Hellbühl" and in just 13 minutes you can easily get off at the bus stop "Kasernenplatz", cross the street and you are already in Lucerne's old town with its sights. In the village 5 minutes walk there are 2 restaurants and a grocery store MON-FRI 06:00h-18:30h, SA 06:00h-16:00h, SO Closed) Other things to note You can dispose of the garbage during your stay in the gray garbage can in front of house no. 10, all other garbage cans in the neighborhood are private and may not be used. Only garbage must be disposed of in well sealed transparent plastic bags and no liquids!! There is a recycling system on the 1st floor for pet bottles, glass, metal and cardboard, these may not be disposed of via the bin.
