On the main floor, you will find an open layout living area with a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace. Perfect for curling up on a cold winter's night. Or lounge on the lake-facing chairs and watch the waves rolling in off Lake Superior. Step out onto the spacious lake-facing deck for a summertime BBQ or just to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. There is also a full kitchen, perfect for preparing home cooked meals during your stay. The main floor is rounded out with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Down on the lower level, you will find a family room with a TV, dart board, and game table—the place to gather as a family in the evenings for game night. The third bedroom and third bathroom are also located on this level. From the lower level you can walk out onto the spacious yard area and take a stroll down to your private section of Lake Superior Shoreline. Enjoy roasting s'mores around the lakefront firepit or walk the 500 feet of private shoreline. There is also a lighted walking path through a small section of woods that leads to another shoreline area you can enjoy during your stay. Outdoor space abounds at this beautiful Lake Superior home. Camera Alert: This home has security cameras for safety and to monitor snowfall on the driveway. There is also a camera on the lakeside to capture nature and scenery. Once you reach the top, enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Superior and the surrounding wilderness. Staying on the wilderness trail, Cascade State Park is just down the road and features a gorgeous waterfall following a short, easy hike. You are also just a short drive from several North Shore restaurants and quaint, locally-owned shops, including the North Shore’s first winery and first local coffee roaster.
