Modern and spacious, you will enter the main room with sitting area / SAM and a beautiful equipped kitchen. A large bay window opens onto a terrace with pool views. A private terrace. The space The owner's pool is only overlooked by their house located about twenty meters away and can be shared with respect for each other. For hygiene reasons, any swimsuit covering (legs, arms and shoulders) is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. On the security side, outdoor cameras monitor property access, vehicle parking and house entrances. Guest access Information regarding the accessibility of the accommodation for people with disabilities: Access to the house is via exterior stairs 2.40 m wide and 1 m long comprising 7 steps 15 cm each.
