The house is very clean and across from a park with a stunning view of the Chugach range from the dining room table. The house is located 2.5 miles from downtown with a straight shot on the Glenn Hwy. Downtown has the 5th Avenue mall and many quaint, souvenir stores, the museum, Performing Arts Center and many restaurants. Five minutes away is the Northway mall and Tikahtnu center which has a movie theater, Kohl's, Target, Best Buy and several restaurants. There are 4 bedrooms total and 3.5 bathrooms. 1 king room and 2 queen rooms a dresser, HBO cable, tv and ceiling fans. 4th room is detached and has a king and a queen bed. I have room for a total of 10 guests maximum. There is a wooded area directly across the street with a big grass area and then a playground. You will be renting the entire house so you have access to everything. Kitchen has many items including coffee maker, rice cooker, waffle iron, mixer, blender and crock pot. There is cable, internet and a DVD player. I will meet you at check in at the house. If you need help planning an itinerary I can let you know what I would suggest. You can call me anytime. I want all my guests to feel welcome. You can take a morning jog around the park or relax on the patio with a cup a coffee. Neighborhood is relatively quiet except occasionally there is a group picnic in the park or occasional volleyball game or cricket. There is the city bus for transportation that takes you straight downtown and then to other locations. I recommend getting a car to travel the out skirts of Anchorage. It is conveniently located to get on either highway to head North, South, or downtown. House is clutter free and very clean.
