In the middle it features two big and fresh pools, a deep one (1.80 cm or 5.90 feet) and a shallow one (60 cm or 1.96 feet), perfect if you want to swim or just boost your tan or if you travel with children! A deck with sunchairs overseeing the pool is available and it also gets shadow! All the apartments overlook the pool and green areas in the center of the condo, a beautiful tropical view that gives you the space and privacy you need. Our relaxed and effortless style curates every detail for your stay with us. The common area counts with a bathroom and shower so you can rinse after you swim. Our condo has a lovely GYM fully equipped with TechnoGym machines so you can exercise and keep fit during your time here with us! Our apartment features a spacious open space design living room/kitchen with a cozy and snuggly sofa (can be used to sleep one guest), smart TV, AC, ceiling fan, big windows and glass door, terrace, a dinning area with comfy table and chairs that can be transformed in your Caribbean office area. The kitchen area is wide and fully equipped so you can enjoy a freshly cooked meal or snack whenever you please. Toaster, blender, microwave, electric stove, fridge and coffee maker to mention just a few of the appliances included. All of our furniture is locally sourced made by the best carpenters with regional sustainable wood. The bedroom with its queen size bed, ceiling fan, AC, closet with hangers, safety box and black out curtains. A deck with sunchairs overseeing the pool is available and it also gets sun and shadow! We also have a good gym with Technogym brand machines for your daily workout. Welcome to the newest and most vibrant neighborhood in the whole Tulum, la Veleta. Full of local vibe, tasty restaurants and only minutes to the sea, thanks to the Kukulkan road nearby. The downtown, grocery stores and restaurants are perfect for your time in town! Parking is free and right outside the condo located on the street. The unit is completely thought just for your use. Thanks to our extensive network in the region built through years of experience, we are happy to help you setting up private airport transfer, car rental, private chef, in-house massages, organize tours and excursions, yacht rental, restaurant reservations and anything else you might want before and during your stay. Other things to note Tulum is one of the fastest growing destinations worldwide, seeing an exponential growth at the moment. There are many new projects coming up all over the city and construction in all areas. This is also the case for our part of Tulum - La Veleta. At this moment there is construction coming up near our building. You might be affected by construction and noise during their working hours 08.00 am to 7.00 PM. Please note that it is very important that number of guests on the reservation matches the number of guests checking in. Our housekeepers print list from airbnb and prepare according number of guests in terms of sheets, towels etc. Please be respectful of the local flora and fauna and be mindful with waste and electricity consumption.
