The Historic Venice Avenue of unique shops, exceptional restaurants, special events, Farmers Market, tennis court and Children's Fountain as well as Legacy Trail bike path (Sarasota to Venice) are close by. This ideal vacation home sits in a quite, peaceful area making it an ideal place for any season gateway. This is a great place for biking, running and walking. You will love my home because it can accommodate couples, solo adventures or families with kids and pats. Finally, if you are animal lover, you can enjoy seeing a variety of birds on the property including the ibis, heron, and snowy egret. This home is pet friendly however there is a $50 per pet per stay fee. Please note our guests do not have access to the garage, the garage is used for our vacation rental storages.
