The property also features a new 12' x 16' Bunkie with electricity, TV and Wi-Fi to accommodate up to 4 additional guests with 2 double futons(spring to early fall). Open the 2 large doors to use the Bunkie for additional entertaining space. The cottage is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and offers a large front lawn with plenty of space for games, a large fire bowl and Adirondack chairs for enjoying campfires all year long. Campfire wood, outdoor games, marshmallow roasting sticks and a wagon are all a bonus of renting the cottage. In the kitchen you'll find all the small appliances you are accustomed to having at home. Coffee maker (and coffee), blender, airfryer, microwave, toaster. The kitchen is stocked with cooking basics like plenty of spices, cooking oil and spray, sugar and basic condiments. There is a Brita Water filter and ice. Basic first aid, flashlights, additional batteries, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies paper towels and a few extra hygiene items you might have forgotten at home are also provided. There is a TV in the Bunkie and the living room. Netflix and Amazon Prime can be provided if you do not have your own accounts. There are also board games, extra blankets and books that are waiting to be read.
