This apartment provides both vacationers and business visitors with the perfect alternative to a hotel; better than you will feel like you are at HOME. It's bright, sunny, beautiful, clean, and fits 7 guests perfectly, with the possibility to fit 3 extra people to sleep on comfortable 3 sofa bed (that becomes a Double bed) + private courtyard and BBQ.  We can guarantee that you will have a welcoming experience while staying in Bondi Beach at Our lovely home. ✔ Parking We provide parking for your stay for 2 cars. ✔ Beaches Wake up and roll out of bed for a swim, then grab breakfast and coffee. Going for a walk from Bondi Beach to Bronte along the coastal walk.Bondi Beach - is located a 3-minute walk. Tamarama Beach - is located a 12-minute walk. Bronte Beach - is located 20 minutes walk. Bondi Beach is the safest of the 3 local beaches and is patrolled by professional lifeguards all year round. ✔ Walks You can do the famous Bondi to the Coogee coast. This walk takes 2 to 3 hours to complete the return journey. The walk does continue past Coogee to Maroubra for those who may want a longer walk. ✔ Cafes & Shops You are exactly less than 2 minutes from the main street of Bondi called Campbell Parade(beach st) which is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. Also 2 minutes away are the 2 famous coffee shops, Harris and Depo, and 5 minutes away from Hall St, the most commercial st in Bondi. ✔ Kindly Note This apartment is in a very quiet residential building. This is not the place for you if you're planning to party or invite late-night groups of people to the property. Quiet times from 8 pm to 7 am Monday to Saturday. 8 pm to 8 am Sundays. ✔ Please Note  Parking is available at the apartment. We highly recommend using Uber or taxi to explore the area, Sydney city centre and attractions. It will save you  lots of time finding parking, and parking costs that are expensive and limited.  Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment. keys can be provided at the check-in (lockbox). In the event that a set of keys is lost, there is a A$50.00 fee payable to replace it. Other things to note This is a private unit ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON'T be sharing this with any strangers during your stay.
