Sunny and quiet double bedroom in warm townhouse close to Christchurch's inner city. Superb location: 20 minute walk into town, 5 minute walk to the nearest supermarket, cafe and bar. Our home has two bedrooms. You will have your own bedroom and share the rest of our home with us. We are a young, professional couple. The space You will have sole access to a fully furnished, double bedroom. The remainder of the house is shared with my husband and me. Your bedroom is upstairs and has a double bed, electric blanket, large wardrobe, lamp and heater. The bathroom and separate toilet are also upstairs, and are shared with us. The kitchen, dining/living is located downstairs, with sliding doors that lead out to a private, sun-soaked courtyard. Free unlimited Wifi, Chromecast. Overall, our home is always clean, tidy and accommodating. This would suit those who are in town for a short time and in need of an easy, comfortable and cosy place to stay that is close to the city. Guest access The double bedroom is one of two in our townhouse. You will have access to all of our home except our bedroom. During your stay My husband and I lead busy lives. I work full-time during the day and our evenings vary from day-to-day. We are easy-going and happy to interact as much (or as little) as you’d like. We will always be available via text/email to assist if we are not at home. We are happy to help with advice/information on restaurants, activities and the dos and don'ts of Christchurch!
