Large family kitchen, large living room, dining room, laundry room & downstairs toilet. Outside there's a large terrace, 6x4 swimming pool, table, chairs, sun loungers & barbecue. Bed linen provided. We accept bookings for 4, 6 or 8 guests. The space Ground Floor comprises: Kitchen; with american style fridge freezer, including breakfast bar, dining area, TV and pellet stove. Hallway: with coat & shoe stand & access to rear garden. Lounge: with TV and DVD player, ample comfortable seating. Dining room: seats 8, with large french doors to outside. Utility room: with separate WC and basin, plus washing machine and dryer. 1st floor comprises: Master bedroom 1: super king bed, ceiling fan and TV, en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Master bedroom 2: with option for super king bed or twin beds, next door to large family bathroom, with bath, shower, sink and toilet. 2nd floor comprises: Master bedroom 3: with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Bedroom 4: Twin room with clothes hanging space. Outside front: Gates, room for parking 3 cars. Outside rear: Swimming pool, gardens, terrace, sun loungers, bbq. Guest access When booked for 6 or 8 guests the top floor of the house is open; 6 guests = 3 double / twin rooms , 8 guests = 4 double / twin bedrooms.
