Oak Tree Thatched Cottage is a truly unique place right in the heart of the Swynnerton Village and 50 yards from the award winning Fitzherbert Arms pub. This Estate cottage has recently been completely refurbished and so has a modern feel but has lost none of it's plentiful character. Stay here for a cosy winter weekend with walks and pub lunches or enjoy the garden sun and Staffordshire countryside in the summer. The space The space is unique! Given the historic nature of the building and it's listed status, the ceiling heights, particularly downstairs, are slightly restricted although we are firmly of the view that it adds character. Other things to note In keeping with the age of the cottage, Oak Tree Thatched Cottage does have low ceilings - height of the main door and living room entrances 1m 66cm & bedroom 2 entrance 1m 59cm.
