The back porch is great for breakfast or afternoon tea. A green GARDEN surrounds the house. We have: micro waves, stove with oven, blender, kitchen utensils, water filter and tb cups,plates, silverware. We provide : linens, towels and blankets. Br access road has 800m concretados ACCESSIBLE TO ANY TYPE OF CAR ( it was recently paved ) ATTENTION: The jacuzzi is not in the garden but in the distant forest area, 5 minutes walk along a trail or by the road that you came from, if you want you can go by car, it is very fast. Guest access Location: This hut is on a farm owned by my family , there are other small houses in the area but your privacy is complete. VCS EXCLUSIVE JACUZZI/ BATHHOUSE: The «bathhouse» has a Jacuzzi bathtub, which is surrounded by green forest, provides a pleasant walk of just over 5 minutes that can be done by the main road or the inside of the trail. In addition to the jacuzzi we have a shower of stone water coming straight from the mine. The water in the bathtub will not always be clean because the water comes straight from the source and rains can bring clay but it is clean even though it sometimes becomes cloudy. ATTENTION : The bathtub takes a while to heat up. It needs 2:30/3:00 hours to heat up IF VCS ARRIVES AT NIGHT THE USE WILL ONLY BE POSSIBLE THE FOLLOWING DAY. After bathing, IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU TURN OFF THE BATHTUB, PLEASE!!!! At night, there is no lighting on the path, only in the bathtub area - Bring flashlights or use your cell phones Other things to note Dear guests, please understand this housing is located amidst the Atlantic Forest, one of Brazil's largest forests the size of the country of Spain. The houses are regularly cleaned and have constant support from my local staff. It is important to note that the bath tub area is open to ensure the utmost profit of the beautiful surrounding area, meaning there can be some extra exposure to mosquitoes and other insects. This is especially critical in case there are prior health concerns, such as allergies, from the guest. We encourage you to book this house considering this and use the bathtub area with caution. The Municipal Park of the Mountains is also at a close distance, where you can go bird watching, and there are also no specific alerts regarding Dangerous Species. Have a great stay!
