Ceiba Ferry, takes you to Vieques & Culebra Islands! Our Mountain home is very peaceful, private, w/ lush plants & trees year round & protected by an electric gate! Plenty of parking space. HUGE kitchen, new beds, sheets, towels, furniture, outdoor dining. NEW Generator, Water Cistern/ AC in every room! POOL/deck just finished! The space Master/Primary bedroom has hanging closet and empty drawers and door to the veranda with view of the ocean and added table & chairs just for you! Bed # 2-Queen bed, access to veranda, view of water. Bed # 3-Queen bed, no access, no view, but private bathroom. Full automatic blow up mattress that will allow for extra guest. Kitchen, you will have everything you need to cook! We have internet & smart tv’s in every room! Automatic Generator, AC in every bedroom, and Living Room. But the Breeze is amazing so be sure to enjoy opening up the house, and listening to the sounds of the mountain! 15x18 Infinity Pool/deck just installed! There is a small apartment attached to the house. Our care takers live there full-time, they stay out of the way and will not bother you, but there if you need help! Guest access Once you come thru the gate to enter, you will have plenty of room to park. You will be greeted by our care takers of the property. They are there if you need anything, they live the in apartment downstairs. They will not bother you, but are there if you need help. They speak Spanish but can translate English. There is a locked gate to go upstairs where you will stay. The house will be clean and ready for you. We have beach toys, coolers, chairs & wagon, beach towels, you will need to check out before using. Please do not touch the pool equipment! If you have questions about the pool, please ask Marco. We do have lights for the pool, you can text me to on and off the lights. Or ask Marco to turn them on. Swim at your own risk there is no life guard! Other things to note If you run out of basic supplies during your stay, please reach out to me via text , I will make certain Luisa drops off at your door step. We have a document available before you check in with information about local attractions, beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. Things to do all tried and true!!
