There's plenty of room to accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment has a full kitchen with all necessary utensils provided and a washer and dryer! Stay with professional hosts who have been doing this full time for 8 years! The space • 2 bedrooms with queen size beds • 1 bathroom • Full kitchen with all cooking tool necessities • Full size refrigerator • Living Room with flat screen TV with Roku / App Device • TV is accessed through the Roku / App Device. THERE IS NO CABLE TV. • Off street parking available for up to two cars • List of best restaurants, bars, and breweries in town upon your arrival • Clean linens provided • Please note that this is part of a duplex. • Please note: We do NOT allow parties! Guest access • You have the full apartment to yourself! We’ll send you all of the details, address, and information with your entry code the Sunday prior to your arrival. Other things to note • QUIET HOURS are to be observed from 10pm - 8am. We do NOT allow parties, loud music, or anything else that will disturb the neighbors. If noise complaints are received by neighbors, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately and without refund • Check in is at 4pm • Check out is promptly at 10am.
