Kitchen with: Minibar, Microwave, Airfryer, Coffee maker, basic utensils (plates, cutlery, glasses, cups). Easy access, bakery downstairs, cafeteria across the street, pharmacy 3 minutes away, gas station with convenience store 5 minutes away, supermarket 5 minutes away, among other restaurants… The space The space was planned and created with great affection. Everything is completely new and designed for such a hosting function! I hope you feel comfortable as if you were at home 😄 Guest access WE DO NOT HAVE A PARKING SPACE for a vehicle. The building is commercial (ground floor) and residential (upper floor), and like the other residents, it is possible to park in front of the building, in a recessed space, and view it through the window. Other things to note Quiet building and neighbors. Rules must be respected so as not to cause problems with them. (the guest will need to bring towels and toiletries)
