Ceramic driftwood plank floors throughout. Guest access This is a two house on one lot with shared courtyard for BBQ and lounge chairs between the two houses. You are renting the front house that faces the street. The garage is detached and is accessed via the alley. The front house has a garden out front. We provide starter packs on toiletries and kitchen supply, we do not restock during your stay. Other things to note If you are inquiring about renting, please note I will do everything I can to help you. I will bend backwards to help, but if I say "no, I can't help you" and you persist with more inquiries or ignore the rule for applying, you will get declined for annoyance, and that might affect your standing on getting future bookings anywhere on this platform. Must complete a rental application and sign a term rental agreement prior to booking your long term stay. Terms of the rental agreement include the following: 1. no subletting of the property (i.e. you cannot sublet any or all for short term stays).
