There are two private bedrooms, each providing access to the back patio and just steps away from the hot tub. The first bedroom contains a king bed and a futon (an extra sleeping option not included in the guest count), while the second bedroom has a queen bed. A Jack and Jill bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and double sinks. Additionally, the living room includes a queen sofa sleeper for extra sleeping space. Enjoy privacy and beautiful views during your stay! An attached single-car garage is available for overflow living space or parking as needed. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and garage for a private stay. We are located next to empty lots on each side of the home, however, they are not with our property, so we ask you to respect the owners who are also in this neighborhood and not park or use these spaces. Other things to note The laundry is located off of the garage--door may be closed, please feel free to open it! Also, the door sticks a little, so push hard. Food Services are also available upon request ranging from having groceries delivered and there upon your arrival to prepared meals made from locally sourced ingredients.
