Inside the residence there are common areas and a solarium to relax and have fun with friends. There are parking spaces at the entrance of the Residence and a private garage. Inside you will find: a double sofa bed and a bunk bed, as well as duvets and wool blankets. If necessary, for an additional fee, you can book linen consisting of sheets, pillowcases and 3 towels for each guest before arrival. In the kitchen you will find an induction cooktop, a chalet-style dining table, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a TV, and dishes. The heated bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, toilet sink, bidet and hairdryer. Heated SKIBOX for safe storage of skis and Wi-Fi in common areas. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED inside. Guest access CHECK-IN: after 3:00 p.m. Upon your arrival, Mrs. Luciana (Caretaker/Concierge) will give you the keys to the apartment and the waste card, and you will have to leave the fee for the final cleaning. In case of self check-in, to pick up the keys directly from the lockbox and reach the accommodation, follow the photo-maps to access the premises. If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage at the concierge. CHECK-OUT: by 10:00 a.m. - return of keys and waste card to the Caretaker/Concierge; - possibility to leave luggage for the entire day (until 7:00 p.m.) at the concierge. Other things to note For those who need to book linen (a set of sheets, pillowcases and 3 clean towels for each guest), they can book it before arrival at a cost of €10.00, to be paid at check-in, together with the final cleaning fee of €50.
