The Pacific Bondi Beach House

The beach house has magnificent views of bondi beach, stretching all the way from icebergs to north Bondi! This apartment is roughly 140m2 and is split over 2 floors The luxury suite is located on level 3 (front door entrance) with an internal staircase that goes up to level 4. Each floor has a large bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Once upstairs the kitchen runs into our lounge and tv room and then out toward the indoor/outdoor balcony where you will have a full view of the bondi beach. The space The property consists of two large bedrooms, with two king size beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom upstairs includes a bath. There is a bedroom on each floor split level apartment. Kids of all ages are most welcome. We can provide a cot and high chair. Upstairs is the main bedroom, that runs into a hallway and through to kitchen and lounge/tv room. That extends out to another indoor lounge area and the view of the beach. Each bedroom has a private balcony which faces Gould street. This apartment is nicely furnished, air conditioned, will all the comforts you’ll need during your stay. The Pacific building is iconic to bondi and boasts a large variety of cafes, shops and even a Woolworths metro supermarket and bws(bottle store) on the ground floor. Enjoy this suite right in the heart of Bondi. The entire apartment is 140m2, that’s upstairs and downstairs. POOL AND GYM ( casual passes available) Beach fit gym and slow house are located on the ground floor and B1 respectively. They are privately owned so you will need to buy a casual pass for access. Gym $35 casual visit. Slow house $60 per visit on the weekends that’s or $50 during the week. IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: Occasionally a resident in another apartment, may accidentally set off the fire alarm, as we do have quite low ceiling’s especially in the kitchen. (When cooking best to have a breeze running through both window and door open) Do not panic if you hear the fire alarm announcement. It’s a 99.9% false alarm.
