The space Our 1.5 bedroom (studio inspired apartment + full sized bedroom) condo is located on the 1st floor and is 800+ sq feet flooded with natural light on the first floor. This exquisite living experience offers 2 beds (1 full and 1 queen bed), 2 TVs (1 with cable), free Netflix and WIFI, living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Our listing is a remarkable find that offers 24 hr security, on site gym, landscaped lounges to relax and restore and a jogging trail. 

Our roof top offers an uninterrupted 360 view of Kingston perfect for entertainment. Our pool is ideal for soaking up the sun or getting a tan. 
Enjoy our exquisite listing, you are welcomed to stay with us Guest access Guests: Our unit is ideal for up to 4 guests. Visitors can be accommodated once the maximum occupancy for the unit allows. All visitors must be communicated and their names provided to be shared with security. Early Check In and/or Early Check Out To adequately prepare the space for you our guests, we are usually unable to facilitate early check in and/or late check out. Check In Check in is anytime after 3 pm. On the day your reservation begins, check in instructions can be found in the Reservations Tab after 2:30pm. All details relating to check in, wifi password and house rules are located there. Other things to note What We Provide We provide basic linen and supplies to ensure a comfortable stay. Guests can expect: one sheet per bed, towels (1 Towel and 1 wash cloth per guest), toilet paper, hand soap, pots/pans, kettle, dishes and bowls, glassware, eating and cooking utensils, knives and a trash bag. What to Bring To ensure your stay is personalised we recommend that you bring: bath toiletries, laundry detergent, Specialty kitchen items (Ovenware, tinfoil and etc), additional trash bags, bath and/or pool towels (if needed). Supplies: We do not provide room service or restock supplies during your stay. If housekeeping service is needed during your stay, this can be facilitated for an additional fee. Other Things to Note: 
We do not allow music videos and/or photoshoots. Smoking/parties/functions and/or events are strictly prohibited. Our House Rules are strict and must be adhered to. Air Condition in Bedroom and Living Room . Apartment has AC equipped with occupancy Sensors to conserve energy when not in use.
