Located in Alsace, 50 km from Colmar and Strasbourg, nestling in the mountains, this garden-level studio in a brand-new chalet will win you over with its peace and quiet, its comfort and its location close to nature and the Alsace plain. You'll love the separate entrance, the terraces and garden, and the views over the surrounding countryside. If required, it will complement the chalet on the first floor. The space The accommodation is a small 22m² studio apartment with a beautiful bathroom and toilet. You will sleep on an easy-to-use and very comfortable sofa bed. In fine weather, you can enjoy a covered terrace where you can eat and relax. A second flower-filled terrace awaits you for afternoon and evening sunshine. All the amenities and equipment you need to make your stay enjoyable are provided (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, etc.). Guest access The accommodation and terrace are completely private. The garden is shared. Free parking is available right next to the chalet, with 3 steps up and down. If you need to, you can use the garage to store your bikes, skis, walking boots, etc. Motorbikes can be stored in the carport. On request, you can use the washing machine in the garage or enjoy the barbecue. Other things to note A 5-minute walk from the accommodation, you can buy eggs at Bernard's farm, the mobile butcher stops in front of the chalet every Friday evening around 6pm, and there is a bread and pastry vending machine in the village centre. Several inns and restaurants await you nearby. All other shops are located about 15 minutes away by car in Andlau, Barr or Villé. On foot, by mountain bike or road bike, you can set off on numerous hikes from the accommodation. Several leaflets are available to introduce you to the activities in the region.
