The space Casa Rural Al Sol de las Ruinas is a house of more than 200 m², bright and completely renovated, where the classic and rustic style is combined with modern details and elements full of history. It has diesel heating and ceiling fans for enjoying a comfortable stay any time of the year. The house has two spacious living rooms, a fully equipped vintage kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Each room has its own personality and is designed to create a warm, quiet and welcoming atmosphere. One of its most special corners is the old winery, now converted into a unique space where traditional elements of rural life are still preserved, such as straw beds, olive presses, a wheat sifter, wicker baskets and earthenware vessels. Outside, you can enjoy the garden, the private pool and the barbecue, perfect for relaxing and sharing moments with family or friends when the weather is nice. The location is also special: we are next to the Old Town of Belchite, and from the house you can enjoy views of one of its iconic towers. In addition, you will find the town center, parks, shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. The three bedrooms have been decorated with attention to every detail: a rustic, Nordic-style double bedroom overlooking the garden; another with mauve, terracotta, and gold tones and views of the San Agustín Tower; and a bright and quiet single bedroom with a large balcony and views of the outside. A house to disconnect, enjoy the tranquility and spend a few different days in a setting where history and comfort meet. In a space like this, who says stress? Guest access During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire house and all its outdoor areas. The house has a private garden, private pool, wine cellar and game room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, living rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms, all for the exclusive use of the guests who book the house. The garden is NOT shared with other guests or with the owners. The pool and any other area of the house are also not shared. There are no common areas shared with other guests or with the owners, so you will enjoy the entire house, the garden and all its facilities exclusively and with complete privacy during your stay. Other things to note check-in: 1. As a general rule reception in person for the delivery of the keys 2. Through a number safety box in exceptional cases or force majeure. 3. Compulsory extra supplement in single night stays, payment at check-in based on people: 0€ for one, two, three and four guests, 40€ for five guests, 35€ for six guests and 80€ seven guests. 4. Extra amount per pet : 20e/ per pet and stay. 5. Extra amount per diesel oil if any misuse of the heating is made and/or the rules stipulated by the CR and/or additional heating hours are requested from the covers in reserve. Heating period: early November until the end of April, the set up and the withdrawal may vary depending on the weather. If requested in other months will be charged for consumption spent. 6. Extra charges for not complying with the rules stipulated in the CR ( order, cleaning etc) 8. The pool is in use from May 1 to October 31 9. Contract and house rules: Prior to arrival, guests will be sent a document with the rules and conditions of the stay, which they must read and accept before check-in.
