The group will have easy access to everything they need in this place with an excellent location. the newly built house. New furniture. The house is on a cul-de-sac, the neighborhood is simple but very quiet and safe. I can guarantee this because I have lived nearby for a long time, more than 20 years. 25 min from downtown Curitiba 20 min downtown São José dos Pinhais 17 min to airport 5 min to a supermarket very close by 5 min to a pharmacy very close fruit stand in the house and a bakery on the street from the house as well. The space the house is large and well distributed. containing 3 bedrooms 1 of them very spacious, this being in the upper part of the house 2nd floor upstairs. Ground floor large living room combined with the very large kitchen as well. Medium size bathroom (master).
