Located just 150 meters from the seafront, you will have direct access to a beautiful cove. The 24 m2 open kitchen of the Colonial House is fully equipped. You will find an oven, dishwasher, microwave, American fridge, 5-burner gas hob and 4-burner induction hob. A coffee maker, kettle and communal dishes are also available. The 60 m2 dining area is ready to accommodate up to 20 people and has two large tables that can accommodate 10 people each. Three lounges are also at your disposal, accommodating up to 12 people. Located on the large terrace facing the sea, they offer an ideal setting to relax. Sun loungers, hammocks and an American bar with stools are also available for your comfort. The Colonial House has 6 bedrooms spread over two levels. On the ground floor you will find 2 air-conditioned bedrooms. The Privilege Room is equipped with a 160 x 200 bed with electric bed base, a dressing room, a shower and a toilet with sink offering stunning sea views. The blue room also located on the ground floor has a shower and a sink. Upstairs you will find 4 air-conditioned bedrooms. The first bedroom, with an area of 22 m2, is equipped with 2 beds of 160 x 200. The second bedroom, of the same size, includes a 160 x 200 bed and 80 x 200 beds. The third bedroom, with an area of 16 m2, has a 160 x 200 bed and 80 x 200 beds. All three bedrooms have private bathrooms. The fourth bedroom, with an area of 12 m2, is equipped with 4 bunk beds of 80 x 190, ideal for teenagers. You will also find 3 toilets available. A washing machine is available and sheets and towels are provided. The pool, located in a space shared between our lodges, is treated with salt. Its 180 m2 terrace is fully secured for our youngest guests. Here you can fully enjoy moments of happiness in the sun. Three private parking spaces are reserved for the Maison Coloniale. Just 150 meters away, you have access to a beautiful wild cove. The Acacia cottages have a perfect location to fully enjoy Basse-Terre in Guadeloupe, you will enjoy all kinds of hikes easily: the waterfalls and the Soufrière (20 min away); the sea with its dives (Cousteau Nature Reserve 15 min away), its white sand beaches (only 2 to 3 min away), its boat trips, the botanical garden (15 min away) and the zoo (15 min away)... but also the joy of small villages. Only the pool is to be shared with other guests on the condo. Due to the setting of Guadeloupe, it is not very busy during the day because travelers generally prefer to enjoy the beaches and excursions. On the other hand, the pool terrace offers a breathtaking view of the sunset, so there is a little traffic at that time, and it is what makes it an ideal place to chat with travelers about their excursions, while getting to know each other a little while sipping a small aperitif.
