A fully stocked, gourmet kitchen awaits with features including both a coffee and tea bar to accommodate every guest in your party. With one bedroom and a couch, there's space to comfortably accommodate 2-3 people. COVID-19 We are taking extra precautions and disinfecting every surface in between guests. We want everyone to stay safe while staying here. PARKING There is free street parking in front of the house. Please note that the first Tuesday of every month is street cleaning so you will need to move your car to the other side of the street! HOUSE DETAILS AND AMENITIES When you stay at our place, you're family! Don't be afraid to mention any special requests you might have to make your stay more comfortable! KITCHEN: The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, pots, pans, coffee, etc. along with all of the appliances you will need for your vacation including a dishwasher. LAUNDRY: There is a laundry room for your convenience located on the bottom floor. LIVING ROOM: The living area is a large area with plenty of comfortable seating and one couch that can be used as a bed. The living room has a flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other services. There is also an electric fireplace below the TV. PATIO The patio is behind the house which overlooks the city for some great city views. There are chairs and a table if you want to eat or work outside. BEDROOM The bedroom has a kingsize bed. There is a lamp with charging ports and an Amazon Echo. WIFI: Free Gigabit WiFi RESTRICTIONS Please don't throw any parties including bachelor/bachelorette parties. Thank you for stopping by!
