Ski bum’s getaway! This quaint apartment has everything you need for a great ski weekend. Cozy and comfortable with a beautiful kitchen and brand new appliances. Two bedrooms for up to 4 people. Brand new renovated shower based on guest feedback! Located in Sandy at the bottom of Little Cottonwood Canyon, 20 minutes to Alta, 15 minutes to Snowbird. The space This is a cozy, beautiful, newly renovated apartment that’s located on the first floor of our home. My husband and I and our dog live upstairs. We’ll leave you alone unless you need anything from us. You might run into our dog, Levon, in the yard and we ask that you make sure the gate is always closed! The apartment has two bedrooms, each with queen sized beds. It’s not a huge space, so we don’t recommend more than 4 guests. There is a full, beautiful kitchen that is fully stocked and has all new appliances for those looking to cook at home! Brand new gorgeous shower-renovated based on guest feedback. Cozy living area provides a place to unwind or watch TV after a long day in the mountains. We are big skiers and are happy to give you and advice on where/what to ski or eat or anything else we can help you with! There is parking for one vehicle in our driveway. Since this is a shared property, we ask that you be mindful of quiet hours. Additionally, since this is the downstairs unit of our house, you may hear the usual sounds of someone living upstairs- footsteps or our dogs. Washer, dryer, and full kitchen in unit. Hair dryer, soaps, and towels. Cleaning supplies. -25 minutes from Salt Lake International Airport -22 minutes to Alta Ski Area -18 minutes to Snowbird -30 minutes to Solitude Mountain Resort -35 minutes to Brighton Resort Walk or short driving distance to lots of shops, restaurants, and amenities. We are in quiet neighborhood with great parks and open space areas: -Buttercup Park -Dimple Dell -Quail Hollow Less than 5 minute drive to the park-and-ride to pick up the ski bus! Guest access Guests access the space by entering through the gate on the east side of the house, and walking around the back to the French doors. You’ll have access to the apartment and the backyard area.
