From the house, it is a leisurely 10 minute walk along historic streets studded with ruins to the central park, where there is eating, shopping, etc. A 5 minute walk takes you to Cerro de la Cruz (a lookout with spectacular views of the town and the volcanoes). We offer a free walking tour with an experienced guide (min. 3 nights reservation) with expert information on Antigua's fascinating history and volcanoes and advice on where to eat, jade shopping, etc. The space This room is on the second level of the house and has an ensuite bathroom and a view of a small quiet park at the rear of the house. If two beds are required, we can supplement the double bed with a single bed. The room opens onto a patio and the stairway takes you directly to the back door so it is possible to return late at night without disturbing anyone.
