High Floor Oasis @ Greenbelt

Welcome to my cozy high floor studio apartment made for travelers, by me, also a frequent traveler. It has a practical kitchen, a comfortable sofa, a HD smart TV and is in the best location in Makati. You won't want to leave this Oasis, but if you do - cross the street and you are in Greenbelt, with dozens of restaurants and many shops. Go a little further, and you reach Glorietta Malls. And in the streets around Legazpi you will find some of the nicest restaurants and bars in all of Manila. The space NEW LISTING in November 2023. The newest of Remi’s Oasis, be among the first guests to experience this well designed and laid out studio. Take the elevator to the floor, a short way down the hallway … … and you’ll find the door to your Makati home on the right side. When you open the door and head inside, the first thing you see is how cozy and homey the space feels. Colors and materials have been selected to give a sense of uniqueness, like all of Remi’s Oasis condos. On the left you have a small but complete kitchen with a full fridge / freezer, microwave, stove and lots of space to work. The dining table seats 3 so you can always have a guest over, or two – or have a spread out home office there. The full queen size bed is where we focus all on the comforts of a good night sleep. We use a top rated mattress, quality linens and plenty of pillows. There are enough lights and outlets to cater to every need – my travel experience in countless hotel rooms and AirBnBs has taught me what a traveler really appreciates. You can even sit in the bed and watch TV. I have focused on creating a place in which you will feel instantly at home – whether for a single night stay or for several weeks; Relax in the comfortable sofa, watch your favorite movie or series on Netflix, or get some work done with the fast (100 Mbps) Wifi. The dining table is large enough to double as a work and meeting desk. You will find a well equipped kitchenette with stove, a large fridge/freezer, a French press coffee making equipment, a microwave, a kettle, a rice cooker and cooking utensils, to cater for any meal you’d like to prepare yourself. The bathroom is in a modern and clean design, and has a rain shower with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. Guest access You have the entire apartment as your private space. The rooftop swimming pool of the building is available free of charge with prior reservation at the front desk. I have own parking available in the building, for a fee (on a first come first served basis with my other places), please ask if you need it. Street parking is an option, but a little walk away (and limited in time during weekdays). The Studio sleeps 2 people, and has enough space to invite a guest or two during the day. For longer stays, I add in a free weekly cleaning of the condo; and additional cleaning services are available on request for a reasonable price. Other things to note Just a quick note — you may have read recent reviews mentioning the building’s elevator. While some state the "elevator is broken" we would like to clarify that the call buttons of the two elevators are the problem and they are being operated manually by staff, 24/7. An elevator operator is riding in each elevator; from the ground floor it's as easy as to get in. To come down, guests can call the front desk, the operator will then bring it to your floor. For guests who don’t have a local number, no worries — we can provide a small phone to make the call easily - or we call it for you. While we also hope that the automatic system will soon be fixed, we do actually feel the elevator service is sometimes faster now than before. Thank you for your patience and understanding! I have a baby crib available on request for this unit. If you need one, please ask (early) as it is on a first-come basis shared among all my listings. It is a co-sleeper suitable for 10 months / 10 kg. For all confirmed guests I offer an airport transport service for a very competitive price. This would take all your concerns away especially when arriving late at night or early morning – you are guaranteed to have a safe and reliable transport waiting for you.
