Perfect for a family holiday or a reunion with friends. This home is located on the hillside, just above the town the beautiful town of Santa Margherita Ligure. This fine home is an oasis for those looking for a peaceful and picturesque spot to relax and unwind. There is an outdoor swimming pool, and garden and the house is spacious, comfortable, and finely finished and furnished. The space Up and away from the crowds, yet a short drive to everything. The house has ample outdoor space for lounging, outdoor dining, sunbathing, and relaxing in the shade. There is outdoor al fresco dining at the front of the house on the veranda, and also down at the pool level. The Main House has an open concept living/dining space, and a modern kitchen. The Living Room has beautiful views of the town and surrounding area. There is a bathroom on this level too as well as a fireplace. On the Lower Level, there are 3 double bedrooms. One with 2 double beds, one with a queen size bed, and the third with 2 twin beds. All the bedrooms have their own bathroom. On the lower level there is a laundry room, and a change room and an extra bathroom. On the other side of the garden is the Guest House which has a second kitchen, and a Double Bedroom on the lower level with its own bathroom. There is ample, private parking and no issue for larger vehicles. Guest access The entire property is for your private and exclusive use. Other things to note The home is located up the hill, and many of our guests in the neighbouring villa have come without their own car. It is a bit of a walk into town, approximately 25 minutes, but we can also help to arrange e-bikes, scooters, and car services. There is a bus which also takes you into town. A car is recommended but not essential. It is less than a 10 minute drive to town. There are nearby supermarkets, and pharmacy, bakery, etc. There is a tourist tax, imposed by the town of Santa Margherita Ligure, which will be payable at check in.
