Its remarkable body of water and its sandy beach, allow swimming, fishing, walking and relaxing. You will be charmed by the exceptional biodiversity of the marsh nature reserve. Guest access The estate is divided into 4 gîtes. Upon arrival, discover this magnificent and spacious 70 m² reception room, its 40 m² bar and billiards area as well as the professional kitchen that will allow you to share very good moments with family, friends... Upstairs, two large dormitory rooms are at your disposal with their private bathroom (one bedroom with 3 beds of 120 and a double bed of 140 and a second bedroom with 4 beds of 120 and a double bed of 180). These rooms are ideal for a group of young people or friends who want to live together in the same space. The second cottage is a fully renovated yurt that consists of an equipped kitchen as well as an upstairs bedroom (2 beds of 90 and 1 bed of 120) with its own bathroom. The third cottage, with an area of 70 m², will offer you a more intimate space. It has a kitchen on the ground floor and a bedroom on the ground floor with a 140 cm double bed and two 90 cm single beds. The upper floor features a living room under a conservatory and two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom (160 cm bed in each bedroom). The top-floor cottage, with an area of 90 m², is composed of a large living room with an equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace and a cozy lounge with a foosball table for the entertainment of young and old. You will find two bedrooms with private shower room upstairs (one bedroom with a double bed of 160 and a second bedroom with a bed of 120 and 2 single beds of 90). Other things to note No pets are allowed. A deposit is required upon arrival (check for €3,000) and will be returned to you no later than 14 days after checkout. Linens (sheets, towels, tea towels) can be provided upon request and with supplement: €12 for single beds and €20 for double beds (from 120 to 180), i.e. a flat fee of €300 if you want all the beds in the cottage. Outdoor safety camera: The estate is equipped with an outdoor camera located at the entrance to the property. This is exclusively intended to secure the premises when they are unoccupied. To ensure tranquility and total respect for our guests' privacy, the camera is disabled for the duration of your stay. This allows you to enjoy the estate in complete privacy.
