Check-in time is after 3:00pm and check-out time is before 11:00am. Late check-out is subject to an additional charge of $800/hour. [Facilities & Supplies Provided] TV, various board games, WiFi, air conditioning, water dispenser, refrigerator, free outdoor parking, toiletries, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste set, disposable bath towels [Accommodation Information] 1. No breakfast, barbecue, singing. 2. Board games, mahjong, induction cooker, kettle are provided. 3. Pets are allowed for an additional cleaning fee of $500/pet, but please do not allow pets on beds. If you bring a pet without informing us, there will be an additional charge of $1000/pet. 4. Please check the house yourself after check-in. If you have any questions, please report them immediately to avoid disputes after check-out. 5. Smoking is prohibited indoors, please smoke outside. A cleaning fee of $5,000 will be charged for violations. If the entire building smells of smoke and cannot continue to host guests, an additional two nights' fee will be charged. 6. Because the B&B is located in a residential area, please cooperate to lower the volume before 7:00 am/after 22:00 pm. If a neighbor reports the noise to the police, the guest shall be liable for all the penalties incurred by the owner. 7. Firecrackers, water balloons, smashing cakes, etc. are prohibited within the B&B. A cleaning fee of $5,000 will be charged for such behavior. Illegal activities such as parties and drug use are strictly forbidden. If reported, the police will be called and all accommodation rights will be canceled and no refunds will be made.
